Dick Ratcliff has a BS degree in ornamental horticulture and has been in the industry for 35 years. He became one of the first ISA Certified Arborists in 1986 and is a Certified Tree Risk Assessor. Currently he is an owner/partner with Outdoor Design Group LLC, a landscape architecture, arborists, horticultural consulting firm located in Rockville Maryland. Association member of International Society of Arboriculture, American Society of Consulting Arborists, Landscape Contractors Association, American Society of Landscape Architects and Association of Professional Landscape Designers. |
